Acceptable Use
RippleEnd is operated by 11786229 Canada Inc., operating from Toronto, Canada. Contact support@rippleend.com for safety, privacy, support or intellectual-property concerns. Use the in-app report route when available. For an urgent threat, use appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement channels; RippleEnd is not an emergency response service.
General rules
Use RippleEnd only if you are at least 18 and the age of majority where you live if higher. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, coercive, exploitative, threatening or harassing material. Do not impersonate a person, misrepresent authority, facilitate trafficking or exploitation, disclose information without authority, stalk someone, expose sensitive locations or evade a request, account or category restriction. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights.
Minimize private information, obtain the authority and consent needed for your use, and respect the recipient and purpose of any private access granted to you. Public text is public; an optional private field is not permission to collect unnecessary or unlawful information. Do not collect or share account passwords, PINs, card security codes, authentication codes or recovery secrets. Do not probe other accounts, bypass authorization, scrape private information, automate abusive messages or repeatedly request verification emails for someone else.
Category rules
Marriage proposals or introductions are for consenting adults. Submit for yourself or only with the documented authority and consent of the adult concerned. No minors, coercion, trafficking or claims that RippleEnd has verified identity, compatibility or eligibility.
Blood-donation requests are for coordination through legitimate local medical or blood-donation services. Do not offer medical eligibility or compatibility judgments, arrange unlawful blood sales or use RippleEnd as emergency care. Do not publish health identifiers or store medical records in request fields. People must follow the relevant service's medical screening and instructions.
Missing-person notices require a legitimate welfare purpose and lawful authority to share the information. Use appropriate reporting channels and consider the person's safety and consent where possible. Do not use this category to locate someone avoiding unwanted contact, expose a protected address, facilitate harassment or disclose a minor's personal details. RippleEnd does not verify a report or operate a safeguarding or emergency response service.
Donation requests and optional receiving details must be lawful and truthful. Share only receiving information you are entitled to provide, through the private-field controls where appropriate. Do not publish financial security credentials, pressure someone to disclose private information or claim that RippleEnd verifies recipients, bank accounts, charities or tax treatment. RippleEnd does not process payments or guarantee receipt or use of funds.
Items for sale and Other follow the same privacy, expiry, reporting and safety rules. No unlawful listings or evasion of the category rules by choosing Other. You must comply with local requirements that apply to your request.
Reports, decisions and review
Report suspected misuse through the available authenticated report route or support. Provide relevant information without including unrelated secrets. Reports are assessed; the number of reports alone is not a decision about wrongdoing. We may restrict a request or account where appropriate and provide the available private notice and review route.
The current internal process permits owner-led reconsideration by the same operator who made the decision. It is not an independent appeal. An affected account cannot decide its own case. Existing independently assigned appeals retain the separate reviewer requirement. Applicable external complaint rights remain available.
Respect ended access
Ending access prevents further access through RippleEnd. It cannot erase information someone has already copied, downloaded, photographed, screenshotted or shared elsewhere.
Do not treat the practical inability to recall copies as permission to misuse them. These rules do not eliminate RippleEnd's responsibilities or applicable rights and remedies. The Terms, Privacy Notice and version archive explain the service and how changes are presented.
